Migrate to Android Testing Support Lib (part 7/N)
InstrumentationTestCase and ActivityInstrumentationTestCase2 are
deprecated. This CL rewrites tests that rely on those deprecated
classes by using Android Testing Support Library.

Test: verified as follows. No new test failures.
